• Contact form submissions — when you fill in our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company, and the message you send us.
• Analytics — if you accept cookies, we use HubSpot to collect anonymised information about how visitors use our website, including pages visited, time on site, and approximate location (country/city level). No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics without your explicit action.
• AI Advisor interactions — questions submitted to our AI Advisor tool are processed by Anthropic's API and emailed to our team. We do not store these conversations on our own servers.
